摘　　要：卵泡未破裂黄素化(Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome,LUFS)为临床征象不显著的不孕症,西医以其客观而可观的数据图像优势,指明了疾病明确诊断的方向。与此同时,中医药也凭借其传统的辨证与针药特色,在疗效上获取了可喜的成绩,补肾促排,是该病辨证论治的中心,针药并用,中西汇通,给予了该病治疗新的认识。LUFS is a kind of unconspicuous infertility disease in clinic. Western medicine takes its advantage in ultrasonic diagnosis, pointing out direction in diagnosing disease. At the same time, Chinese medicine shows its good effect on treating the uruptured follicle through herbalism therapy and acupuncture. Tonifying kidney and ovarian stimulation is the key method in treating LUFS. The combination of TCM and western medicine as well as the connection of medicine and acupuncture leads a new way in treating disease.
