免疫球蛋白J链与慢性乙肝中医证候肝纤维化相关性研究初探

摘　　要：对慢性乙肝中医证候蛋白质组学规律的探索研究中,发现慢性乙肝五种中医证型患者与正常人比较,存在多个蛋白质表达差异,其中,免疫球蛋白J链(IG-J)与慢性乙肝患者肝纤维化改变有较强的相关性。探讨免疫球蛋白J链作为肝纤维化标志物的可能性,为临床乙肝纤维化的无创伤性诊断提供了新的思路。为中医临床辨识慢性乙肝中医证候纤维化反应状况提供可供参考的客观化指标,最终为进一步探讨慢性乙肝中医证候本质提供科学依据。Through exploration study on chronic hepatitis B of TCM syndrome proteomics rule, it is found that chronic hepatitis B five kinds of TCM syndrome types have more than one protein expression differences compared with normal persons. Among them, the immune globulin J chain （ IG - J ） and patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis change has a strong link. To explore the immune globulin J chain as the possibility of liver fibrosis markers provides a new thought for Chinese medicine clinical identification for clinical liver fibrosis diagnosis without traumatic injury ; provides reference for the objectification index, and ultimately provides scientific basis for further study of traditional Chinese medical syndrome of chronic hepatitis B.
