天王补心丹治疗尿毒症失眠疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察天王补丹丸治疗长期血透的尿毒症患者失眠的疗效。方法:将尿毒症100例患者分成治疗组、对照组,治疗组:予以天王补心丹口服(8粒,1日3次),对照组:予以舒乐安定口服(2.5 mg,每晚),疗程4周。结果:疗程结束后,两组患者睡眠均有所提高,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),但安定组存在药物依赖性等副作用。结论:天王补心丹治疗尿毒症疗效优于地西泮,无药物依赖性,无明显副作用。Objective ： To investigate the clinical performance and efficacy of Tianwang Buxin recipe in insomnia of end stage renal disease （ ESRD ）. Methods ： A total of 100 patients with ESRD were randomly assigned into control group and treatment groups. Patients ＇in control group were treated with diazepam （ 2.5 mg, qn ）. On the basis of the therapeutic scheme of the control group, patients in the treatment group received Tianwang Buxin recipe （ 8 granules rid ）. Results ： Aftter treatment, the two groups patients, sleep quality were improved. And the therapy group was better than the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Tianwang Buxin recipe has better effect on insomnia than diazepam in ESRD patients, and has no obvious side effects.
