中医特色护理在突发性耳聋临床治疗中的运用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医特色护理在突发性耳聋治疗中的作用。方法:选取突发性耳聋患者73例,其中观察组37例,给予中医特色护理等,包括保健按摩治疗、中药沐足、耳穴埋籽;对照组36例不实施中医特色护理部分。结果:观察组总有效率91.89%,高于对照组的72.22%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(Z值为-3.683,P<0.001)。结论:观察组优于对照组,说明中医特色护理干预对突发性耳聋的治疗有一定的作用,值得临床广泛使用。Objective： Discussion on characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of sudden deafness was carried on. Methods ： We selected 73 cases of patients with sudden deafness. 37 cases of patients were in observation group and they were cared by traditional Chinese medicine, including massage, Chinese medicine foot bathing, buried seeds in ears. The others were in control group who were not cared by traditional Chinese medicine. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.89%, which was higher than that of the control group 72.22%. There was significant difference between two groups. （Z=-3.683, P〈0.001 ）. Conclusion：The observation group was better than control group, which means specific traditional Chinese medicine nursing has an effect on treating sudden deafness and is worthy of using widely in clinic.
