摘 要:针对磁性织物保健功效受织物表面磁性强度影响的问题,对织物磁性的测量方法及结果表述方式进行了探讨,应用高精度特斯拉计对磁性织物试样进行了表面磁感应强度测量,并对织物表面磁感应强度分布进行了可视化处理。研究表明,磁性织物的表面磁感应强度值很低,一般在0.03 mT左右,按0.5点/cm2密度均匀取点测量能反映织物整体表面磁性能。结果表明:织物中磁性纤维含量是影响织物表面磁感应强度的关键因素,织物的组织结构对其影响不大。织物表面磁感应强度分布不均匀,织物表面磁力线相互交织成网状,当运动时,就会对人体相应组织及穴位产生复合交变式磁保健功效。In allusion to the influence of surface magnetism intensity of fabrics on the health care effect of magnetic fabrics, this paper discusses the measuring method and result expression approach of magnetism of fabrics, uses high- precision teslameter to measure the surface magnetic induction intensity of magnetic fabric sample and conduct visualization processing for the distribution of surface magnetic induction intensity of fabrics. The research shows that magnetic fabrics have a very low value of surface magnetic induction intensity, generally about 0.03 mT. The measurement of points with a density of 0.5 points/cm2 can reflect the overall surface magnetic property of fabrics. Magnetic fiber content in fabrics is a key factor influencing the surface magnetic induction intensity of fabrics. The weaving structure of fabrics do not have a big influence. The distribution of surface magnetic induction intensity of fabrics is uneven. Magnetic lines of force on the surface of fabrics interweave and will produce composite and alternating type magnetic health care effect on the corresponding tissue and acupoint of human body during exercise.
