摘  要:结晶轮在电工圆铝杆生产中起着梯形锭成型和保证生产条件的重要作用,其使用寿命成为制约生产的瓶颈。应用有限元方法模拟结晶轮的温度场,由热力耦合分析,确定热应力是影响结晶轮使用寿命的重要因素。基于热力耦合分析结果,从优化设计原理和方法入手,应用ANSYS DX优化工具,对结晶轮壁厚进行的优化设计。结果表明,结晶轮能够满足性能要求,优化效果明显,为提高结晶轮使用寿命提供了有效方法,也为类似结构的参数优化设计进行了尝试。The crystal wheel plays an important role of to shaping trapezoidal slab and to ensuring continuous production conditions. Its life becomes a bottleneck of restricting production. The temperature field of the crystal wheel was simulated by the application of the finite element method . By coupled analysis, the thermal stress is the important factor to affect the service life of the crystal wheel. Based on coupled analysis, starting from the optimization of the design principles and methods, making use of ANSYS DX optimization tools, the wall thickness of the crystal wheel have been optimized. The results showed that it can meet the basic performance requirements of the crystal wheel, and the optimization effect is obvious. The effective method was put forward to improve service life of the crystal wheel. At the same time, it was attempted also to optimize structure of similar crystal wheel.
