摘　　要：企业物流外包风险中,模糊因素量化是有效评价外包风险、规避风险的重要步骤,也是进行评价的难点。本文基于AHP-模糊综合评价方法研究企业物流外包风险,实现了模糊不确定因素的量化处理,对构建风险指标体系,正确定量化物流外包风险十分有益。最后通过案例分析,提出有效规避物流外包风险的对策建议。In the risks of enterprise logistics outsourcing, the quantization of fuzzy factors is an important step to effectively evaluate outsourcing risks and avoid risks, and also a difficulty for evaluation. This article, based on the AHP-fnzzy comprehensive evaluation method, studies enterprise logistics outsourcing risks to realize the fuzzy factor quantization, which is helpful for constructing the risk index system and quantizing logistics outsourcing risks, and finally through the case analysis, puts for ward some countermeasures to avoid logistics outsourcing risks.
