摘　　要：目前,中国的艺术品投资市场还处于初级阶段,艺术品投资市场机制远未完善,相关法律法规还在襁褓之中。对艺术品的鉴定、评估以及投资风险的研究尚不深入,艺术品市场假拍和赝品现象频现。因此,必须从制定法律法规、健全运行机制、成立鉴定机构、完善市场体系、开展知识普及等方面努力,促进艺术品投资市场健康、持续发展。Presently, when Chinese art investment market is still in the primary stage, the mechanism of art investment market has not been perfect yet, and relevant laws and regulations are still in infancy. With rudimental researches on identifications, assessments and speculative risks, there emerge false auctions and fakes in artwork market frequently. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate relevant laws and regulations, perfect operational mechanisms, constitute identification organizations, improve market systems and carry out the knowledge popularization as to promote the sound and sustainable growth of the art market.
