家兔金黄色葡萄球菌性乳房炎模型的建立及中药组方治疗试验

摘　　要：选择泌乳期(7～10日)家兔,用104CFU、106CFU、108CFU三个不同浓度的金黄色葡萄球菌悬液人工诱导家兔乳房炎模型,观察临床表现,耳缘静脉采血进行血常规检测,确定106CFU为建立乳房炎模型的最佳剂量。造模后,分别采用不同剂量的中药组方制剂,通过乳池灌注和肌肉注射两种方式治疗患病家兔,观察临床治疗效果并检测血常规,确定乳池灌注和肌肉注射的最佳治疗剂量分别为35mg/乳区、100μg/kg,治愈率均为100%(8/8)。Lactating rabbits （7-10d） were selected to induce mastitis with three different density suspension of Staphylococcus aureus that is 104CFU,106CFU and 108CFU.We ascertain the best of density suspension of Staphylococcus aureus through observeing the clinical manifestation and a routine blood test. The results showed that the clinical manifestation is quite obvious with 106CFU which is the best density for rabbits mastitis. The incidence of inflammation is 100% （8/8）. The mastitis of rabbits were treated with TCM formula through mammary gland and TCM formula through intramuscular injection after suffered from mastitis, we observe the clinical treatment effect and routine blood test to ascertain the best treatment dose. The results showed that the best treatment dose of TCM formula treating rabbit mastiffs： milk pool perfusion dosage of 35 mg/base area, muscle injection amount for 100μg/kg. The cure rate is 100% （8/8）.
