摘 要:以氢氧化钴、乙酸、异辛酸、新癸酸为主要原料,经酸碱中和反应合成混合羧酸钴,再以硼酸三丁酯为硼酰化剂,经硼酰化反应合成硼酰化钴。采用响应面法,研究了新癸酸与异辛酸的物质的量比、溶剂油的量以及反应温度对硼酰化钴合成的影响。结果表明,反应以120#溶剂油为溶剂,每摩尔产物加25.85g溶剂,新癸酸与异辛酸的物质的量比为0.5185∶1,硼酰化的反应温度为199.9℃时,反应产物硼酰化钴质量最好,钴含量为22.27%,各种性能达到最优。In this experiment, mixed organic acid cobalt was synthesized with cobalt hydroxide, acetic acid, 2- ethylhexanoie acid, neodeeanoic acid as main raw materials via the neutralization reaction, boronacylate cobalt was syn- thesized with tributyl borate by acylation reaction. For neutralization reaction, the application of different solvent were studied. In addition, the response surface methodology was used to optimize the molar ratio of neodeeanoic acid and 2- ethylhcxanoic acid, the quantity of solvent oil and the reaction temperature of acylation reaction to abtain the highest content of cobah. The optimized synthesis conditions of boronacylate cobalt were obtained with 120# solvent oil as sol- vent, 25.85g solvent for each molar product, 0. 5185 of the molar ratio of neodecanoic acid and 2-ethylhexanoic acid, the reaction temperature 199.9℃, the optimized cobah content was 22. 4%.
