冷轧热镀锌渣带的产生原因和处理

摘　　要：唐钢冷轧薄板厂3社热镀锌生产线采用两锅三位的方法，实现了生产镀锌和镀铝锌硅两种规格产品。介绍一下热镀锌中锌锅工艺参数的控制。对在镀锌生产过程中出现的渣带产生的原因和处理提出了一些意见。TISCO CR No.3 galvanizing line use the way of two Zinc pot and three position, which is hot dip galvanizing, and this lines production are galvanized and galvalume. I introduce the process control parameters of the zinc pot, and give some suggestions on reasons and solutions of the strip with dross during the production.
