摘　　要：介绍了32000 m3/h空分设备的工艺流程、技术参数和设备配置国产化特点。分析了在空分设备安装、调试过程中遇到的问题和相应的处理方案,阐述工程中质量监控和优化设想,介绍了整套流程设备投资情况。The technical process, technical parameters, and localization features of e quipment configuration of 32000 m3/h air separator are introduced briefly. The problems in installation and commissioning of the air separator and the corresponding treatment scheme are analyzed. The quality control in the engineering and the optimization are stated. The investment of the complete set of nrocess equipment is presented.
