摘 要:以锥形件为力学模型,用板材成形的塑性失稳理论对典型轴对称拉深件的极限承载能力进行了归一化的定性和定量分析,给出了该类工件破裂先稳时的极限载荷的统一表达式,并由此得到了拉深过程中工件侧壁破裂先稳的临界条件,为拉深过程智能化控制提供了预测最佳压边力规律的理论依据。Based on the mechanical model of conical part, aregularized qualitative and quantitative analysis of the ultimateload-bearing capacity of a typical axisymmetric workpiece indeep drawing is made with the plastic instability theory in she-et metal forming, a unified expression of the ultimate load atthe rupture point of such workpiece is acquired as well, andtherefrom the critical condition fbr the side-wall rupture of theworkpiece in the process of deep drawing is derived. This workprovides a basis to predict the optimal BHF for intelligent con-trol of deep drawing process.
