摘　　要：提出了涡旋压缩机等效缸径的概念并利用其把型线的高度、槽宽和壁厚化为三个独立的准则数 ,推导出准则数与型线结构参数的关系。通过分析准则数对压缩机动力性能的影响 ,得到准则数的优选范围为 :0 4 2≤λh≤ 0 52、0 2 1≤λB≤ 0 2 3、0 0 4≤λt≤ 0 0 6,缩小了传统设计的取值范围 ,确保了压缩机的性能。最后给出了准则数在不同设计条件下的优选策略。The concept of equivalent cylinder diameter is presented for scroll compressor, and the profile parameters, such as height, width and thickness, are made three independent nondimensional criteria numbers. The relationship between these numbers and the profile parameters is educed. By analyzing the influence on dynamical performance of compressor, the appropriate scale of these numbers is gained. Therefor, the high performance of compressor is insured greatly. In the end, tactics of optimum selection are recommended on the conditions of different pressure ration and different displacement.
