摘　　要：目的探讨尺骨鹰嘴截骨平行双钢板内固定治疗成人C型肱骨髁间骨折临床疗效。方法15例C型肱骨髁间骨折全部采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨平行双钢板内固定治疗。结果术后随访6—38个月，平均16个月，最后一次随访时骨折及截骨处均全部骨性愈合。根据Mayo法评分为65—100分，平均87．33分，其中优（90—100分）7例，良（75—89分）6例，可（60～74分）2例，优良率为86．67％。结论经尺骨鹰嘴截骨显露充分，平行双钢板内固定牢靠，可早期进行肘关节功能锻炼，临床疗效满意，是目前手术治疗成人C型肱骨髁间骨折的较好术式。Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of olecranon osteotomy approach and par- allel double plates fixation for type C intercondylar fractures of distal humerus in young adults. Methods Fifteen patients with AO/ASIF type C fractures of the distal humerus were treated with olecranon osteotomy approach and parallel double plates fixation. Results All the patients were followed up for 6 - 38 months with an average of 16 months and all the osteotomies and fractures healed in the last follow-up. According to Mayo Elbow Performance Score, the result was excellent （ 90 - 100 ） in 7 cases, good （ 75 - 89 ） in 6, and fair（60 -74）in 2. The excellent and good rate was 86.67%. Conclusion The olecranon osteotomy ap- proach and parallel double plates fixation is a good choice for surgical treatment of type C intercondylar fractures of distal humerus in young adults, since it can provide excellent exposure and solid fixation, per- mit early rehabilitation, and obtain satisfactory clinical outcomes.
