摘  要:介绍了激光切割电缆绝缘材料的工作原理和特点,并与传统的电缆绝缘材料切剥工艺进行了对比。以Z71电缆组件生产为例,采用激光切割技术后,不但提高了电缆组件的合格率和工作效率,降低了生产成本,还彻底消除了电缆绝缘材料切割时对内外导体的损伤隐患,全面提高了电缆组件的质量。The principle and characteristics of laser in cutting cable insulating materials are introduced. And comparison is done between laser cutting and traditional cutting and striping process for cable insulating materials. Taking the production of ZT1 cable assembly as example, by using laser cutting technology, not only the qualification rate and work efficiency are increased, the producing cost is reduced, but also the hidden troubles of the damage of inner and outer conductor during cutting cable insulating materials are eliminated thoroughly. Thus the quality of cable assembly is improved fully.
