摘　　要：通信光缆接续是光缆应用领域中最基本的操作,介绍了通信光缆接头的结构、通信光缆接续的过程和要求,具体包括接续准备和接续位置的确定、光缆护层的开剥处理、加强芯和金属护层的接续、光纤的接续、光纤连接损耗的现场监测和评价、余留光纤的收容处理、光缆接头的护套密封处理和安装固定。The splice of fiber optic cable for communications is the most basic operation in the application field; the joint structure, the splice process and requirements of fiber optic cables for communications are introduced, including the preparation of splicing, the determination of splicing position, the stripping of cable sheath, the splicing of strength member and metallic sheath, the splice of optical fiber, the in-situ monitoring and evaluation of optical fiber connection loss, the accommodation of redundant optical fiber, the seal processing and installation fixing, etc.
