摘　　要：针对140t热坯车转向架轮对偏磨严重的情况,设计研制出交叉支撑装置。实践证明,在转向架上增加交叉支撑装置后,可提高转向架抗菱刚度,减少车轮轮缘磨耗。延长检修周期和车轮使用寿命,平均每年减少进库检修2台/次,每年可降低检修费用约12万元。In light of the serious eccentric wear of the bogie wheel of the hot billet car a cross-braced device is designed and manufactured. Practice demonstrates that adding a cross-braced device on the bogie may improve the diamond resistant rigidity of the bogie and reduce the wear of wheel flange and thus extend the maintenance and repair cycle and service life of the wheel and maintenance in depot for bogies is reduced and the cost for the maintenance and repair is saved by Y120 000 per year.
