摘　　要：古树名木是地球的活化石,也是一个国家或地区悠久历史文化的象征,具有重要的人文和科学价值。本文介绍了陕西省古树名木的概况、定义和分类,以及古树名木的衰败原因、保护和复状措施。Old and famous trees, also called fossils in the earth,have a long history and are of cultural and scientific value, of a country or a district with important human and scientific values. General situation, definition and classification of the old and famous trees in Shannxi were introduced. The reasons for protection and rejuvenation techniques were expounded.
