摘　　要：研究目的:对2012年国内外土地整治研究现状进行梳理,为土地科学进一步研究提供借鉴。研究方法:文献资料综述法,归纳分析法。研究结果:2012年土地整治研究关注土地整治政策法规建设、重视土地整治战略与规划的研究与实施、聚焦农村土地综合整治、探索土地整治技术创新和土地整治综合效益评价方法。研究结论:土地整治是国内外的研究热点之一,农村和矿区的土地整治问题是研究的核心,2013年将重点推进土地整治技术标准化、加强土地整治的理论研究和完善土地整治的管理机制。The purpose of this study is to summarize the research progress on land consolidation and readjustment in 2012 and give perspective in 2013,which provides a reference for future study on land science.The methods used include literature review and deductions.The results indicate that most researches on land consolidation and readjustment in 2012 were related to regulations and policies,strategy and planning,countryside land,technology renovation and comprehensive effectives.Mined land reclamation and countryside land consolidation were the focuses in 2012.The research highlight would be focused on issues such as technical standards,theoretical study and mechanism of management of land consolidation and readjustment in 2013.
