毓麟合剂对自体移植复制子宫内膜异位症大鼠血浆神经内啡肽的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨毓麟合剂对自体移植复制子宫内膜异位症大鼠血浆神经内啡肽(β-EP)的影响。方法:取子宫内膜异位症(EMT)模型造模成功的大鼠30只,随机分为模型组、那曲酮组和毓麟合剂组各10只,另设假手术组10只,那曲酮组灌服2mg.kg-1.d-1,毓麟合剂灌服11 g.kg-1.d-1,模型组和假手术组灌服生理盐水7.5 ml.kg-1.d-1,连续1个月;取血检测血浆神经内啡肽。结果:模型组大鼠血浆神经内啡肽(429.67±124.51)μg.ml-1,与假手术组(80.53±57.13)μg.ml-1相比,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01);与模型组相比,那曲酮组(95.75±33.26)μg.ml-1和毓麟合剂组(184.36±89.12)μg.ml-1差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:毓麟合剂使大鼠血浆神经内啡肽水平降低,从而可能通过影响下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴继而影响妊娠功能。Objective： To explore the effect of Yulin mixture on the expressions of Beta-endorphin in rats with endometriosis. Method： A rat model was made . The rats ware randomly divided into model, Control, Yulin mixture groups. A Sham operation group was also set up. Nagqu ketone group was administrated with 2 mg·kg^-1.d^-1;Yulin mixture group was administrated with 11 g·kg^-1.d^-1 ; model group, control group and sham operation group, was administrated with normal saline 7.5 ml·kg^-1.d^-1;for one months. Plasma Beta-endorphin（]3-EP） was detected after treatment. Result： Plasma β-EP in the model group （429.67 ± 124.51 ） μg·ml^-1, and sham operation group （ 80.53 ± 57.13 ） μg·ml^-1 compared with a significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; There was signifi-cant difference of each target between Yulin mixture group（ 184.36 ~ 89.12）μg·ml^-1 and model group（429.67 ± 124.51 ）μg·ml^-1 （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Yulin mixture can depress the growth of β-EP. Yulin mixture may affect the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis then the impact of pregnancy.
