消核片的质量标准

摘　　要：目的:研究完善消核片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)鉴别芥子、白花蛇舌草、漏芦,采用HPLC测定盐酸巴马汀含量。结果:薄层色谱法无阴性干扰。盐酸巴马汀在0.012 9～0.193 2μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为98.6%(RSD=1.0%,n=6)。结论:新建立的质量控制方法简便、准确、可行,重复性好,专属性强,能有效地控制消核片质量。Objective ： To study and improve the quality standard of Xiaohe tablets. Method： TLC was used to identify Semen Si-napis, Herba Oldenlandiae and Radix Rhapontici, and HPLC was used to determine the content of palmatine hydrochloride. Result： No interference of the negative controls was shown in the TLC identification. The linear range was 0.012 9 - 0. 193 2μg （r = 0.999 9） for palmatine hydrochloride, and the average recovery was 98.6% （RSD = 1.0%, n = 6）. Conclusion： The established methods are sim-ple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used in the quality control of Xiaohe tablets.
