摘 要:目的:对山东地区3种花类中药材中的16种元素进行测定。方法:采用微波消解法制备供试品,采用离子体-质谱(ICP-MS)法测定含量。结果:16种元素标准曲线线性关系良好,其中的Cd,As,Hg,Sb,Ti,Ag,Be,Dy含量甚微,而Al及Mn的含量较高。各元素回收率在82%~102%之间,RSD<5%。结论:在原有技术基础上扩大了测定范围,为部分中药材的药用及保健安全质量评价提供基础数据。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 16 elements in three medicinal flowers in Shandong. Meth-od: The microwave digestion method was used to prepare the samples and the contents were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Result: Sixteen trace elements in the samples were determined and the contents of Cd, As, Hg, Sb, Ti, Ag, Be and Dy were little while the contents of A1 and Mn were higher. The recoveries of the elements were within 82%-102% with RSD below 5%. Conclusion: Based on the original technology, the measurement range is expanded, and the method provides the basic data for safety and quality evaluation of some Chinese herbal medicines.
