摘　　要：SPME,即固相微萃取,本文介绍了该法与GC-MS联用技术在进行农药残留分析时条件的选择,其中主要包括对固相微萃取萃取方式的讨论、气相色谱色谱分离条件的选择,并对SPME-GCMS联用技术的应用前景进行了展望。SPME, the Solid-phase Micro extraction method. This article introduced the conditions choosing in the pesticide residue by the com-bination technology of SPME＆-GCMS. This study included the discussion of the extraction style in SPME, the selection of separation condition in Gas chromatography, then we provide the expectation of this combination technology application by SPME-GCMS.
