高效液相色谱法测定三九胃泰颗粒中芍药苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立三九胃泰颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法以岛津Shim-pack ODSC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱;以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(21∶79)为流动相;检测波长为230nm;流速为1.0ml·min-1。结果芍药苷在0.8244μg～%2.474μg范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.45%,RSD=0.39%。结论该法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于制剂中该成分的含量测定。Objective An assay method was established for the determination of paeoniflorin in Sanjiuweitai granules by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic colum was Daojin Shim-pack ODS C18 （250mm×4.6mm, 5μm） . A mixture of acetonitrile-water（ 1% phasphoric acid） （21 ： 79）was uscd as thc mobilc phasc, thc dc^cction wavclcngth was at 230nm and the flow ratc was1.0ml·min-1 . Results The calibration curve was showed good linearity within the mass range of 0. 8244~2. 474μg, r=0. 9999, the average recovery was 99.45 % ,RSD=0.39 %. Conclusion The method is accurate, simple and reproducible, and can be used to control the quality of this preparation.
