二十五味珊瑚胶囊合整脊对椎动脉型颈椎病患者神经降压素的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨二十五味珊瑚胶囊合并整脊治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效和神经降压素变化(NT)及作用。方法选择90例椎动脉型颈椎病患者为观察组,随机分为常规治疗亚组(45例)和联合治疗亚组(45例),常规治疗亚组采用常规整脊治疗,联合治疗亚组在常规治疗基础上加二十五味珊瑚胶囊口服治疗;选择健康体检45例为对照组。通过放射免疫测定法(RIA)对治疗前后及健康组人员神经降压素含量进行测定。结果观察组治疗后NT含量均高于治疗前,尤以联合治疗亚组NT升高显著,两亚组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),均低于健康组NT。结论血浆内神经降压素降低是造成颈椎源性椎动脉持续缺血的重要因素,二十五味珊瑚胶囊合并整脊疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有效,可通过提高血浆神经降压素水平而改善椎动脉持续缺血。Objective To study the changes and effects of plasme neurotensin (NT)in vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients by manipulation therapy and Jinzhuyalong Ershiwuwei Coral Capsule.Methods Before and after manipulation therapy and Jinzhuyalong Ershiwuwei Coral Capsule,the levels of NT in the plasma of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis group and normal contrast group were detected by radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results The levels of NT in the plasma was significantly decreased in vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis group compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).After the manipulation therapy or Jinzhuyalong Ershiwuwei Coral Capsule therapy ,the levels of plasma NT in vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis group was notably increased (P<0.05).Conclusions The decrease of NT in the plasma is a important factor which causes continue ischemia of vertebral artery in cervical spondylosis.The manipulation therapy and Jinzhuyalong Ershiwuwei Coral Capsule therapy therapy can improve blood-suppy of vertebral artery by increaseing the levels of NT in plasma.
