摘　　要：阐述李浩钢主任治疗髌骨软骨软化症的临床经验。认为本病的发生可归结于脾肾亏虚,痰瘀交阻为患;治疗上予和营逐痰的同时兼顾脾肾同补,采用自拟方逐痰汤加减治疗,并附验案1则。This paper introduces Li Haogang＇ s clinical experience in Treatirlg chondromalacia patella syndrome. That the occurrence of this disease can be attributed to the spleen and kidney deficiency phlegm resistance infestation; Treatment with heying and zhutan of both spleen and kidney with complement, using self-made Decoction ＂zhutantang＂, and report of 1 case studies.
