摘　　要：分析了高校图书馆的各种拒借情况，特别是开架借书中的显性拒借，通过实地调查分析，提出了降低拒借率的对策和方法，以期能够更好地满足读者的需求。This paper analyzes the various phenomenons of refusing borrow -books in the libraries of universities, especially the dominant refusal at the open -shelf; by the field investigation and research, the methods are found to reduce the refusing rate and to meet the needs of the readers better.
