利用汇文期刊数据对现刊进行分类排架完善期刊的科学管理

摘　　要：摘要：利用汇文期刊数据实现期刊现代管理，以全体期刊人员参与为基础，通过运用现代管理技术，专业技术，现代化设备，使期刊编目、签收、排架、上架、下架、装订，检索形成管理链，应对期刊各种变化，不仅降低管理成本，减少工作人员重复劳动，而且实现了期刊按学科大类排刊上架。制定期刊检索目录，实现期刊按学科大类排架体现学科体系，方便读者查阅及期刊上下架，简化工作环节。Use Huiwen journal databases to achieve journal modern management,with all the periodi- cal personnel taking part in as the foundation,through the application of modern management technology, professional technology and modern equipment to make cataloguing, receipt, shelving, putting journals on and off the shelf,binding, retrieval of periodicals forming management chain, dealing with all sorts of periodicals changes, not only reducing the cost of management and duplicate work of staffs, but also arranging and shelve journals as the large classification of subjects. Through formularing journals access catalog and shelving journals as the large classification of subjects,it can embody subjects system, simplify the workflow, make it easy for readers to consult and for staff to put journals on and off the shelf.
