摘 要:目的:探讨人血清IL-4和IL-13水平以及EBV感染在过敏性哮喘发生中的作用,分析过敏性哮喘患者EBV感染与患者血清IL-4和IL-13水平的相互关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测30例过敏性哮喘患者和4f)例健康对照组血清IL-4和IL-13含量以及血清EB病毒早期抗原抗体EA—IgM和EA—IgAvT,及衣壳抗原抗体VCA—IgM,VCA-IgA和VCA—IgG水平,并进行相关性研究。结果:过敏性哮喘患者血清IL-4(11.00±5.72pg/1n1),IL-13(4.53±2.22pg/m1),EA—IgM(3.86±1.25U/m1),EA—IgA(1.71±0.64U/m1)和VCA—IgM(8.93±3.03U/m1)明显高于正常对照组(3.88±1.73pg/ml,2.87±1.07pg/ml,2.68±1.12U/ml,1.29±0.29U/ml和561±1.95U/ml;P〈0.001,P〈0.01,P〈0.01,P〈0.05和P〈0.001)。过敏性哮喘患者血清VCA—IgA和VCA—IgG水平分别为13.29±23.45u/m1和8.01±19.30U/ml,对照组血清VCA—IgA和VCA—IgG水平分别为135.43±102.79U/ml和121.48±122.11U/ml),统计学分析表明两组间无显著性差异(P均〉0.05)。患者血清IL-4和IL-13水平与EBV抗体EA—IgM,EA—IgA,VCA—IgM,VCA-IgA,以及VCA-IgG水平无明显相关关系(P均〉0.05)。结论:过敏性哮喘的发生发展可能与血清IL-4和I-一13水平升高有关;过敏性哮喘患者存在EBV的活动性感染;EBV感染可能不是导致过敏性哮喘患者血清IL-4和IL-13水平升高的影响因素。Objective : To investigate the association of IL-4 and IL-13 level in serum and EBV infection in the development of Allergic Asthma. To analysis the correlations between EBV infection and IL-4 and IL-13 level in serum in patients with Allergic Asthma.Methods : The serum contents of IL-4 and IL-13 and the serum levels of antibodies against EBV early antigen EA-IgM and EA-IgA and viral capsid antigen VCA-lgM,VCA-IgA and VCA-IgG of 30 allergic asthma patients and 40 healthy controls were detected using ELISA. Results : The serum levels of 1L-4, IL-13, EA-IgM, EA-IgA and VCA-IgM in the Allergic Asthma group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.001,P〈0.01,P〈0.01,P〈0.05 and P〈0.001). The EBV VCA- IgA and VCA-lgG levels of the allergic asthma group and control group in serum were 13.29±23.45U/ml and 8.01±19.30U/ml, 135.43±102.79U/ml and 121.48±122.11U/ml respectively, there was not significantly difference between two groups.There was no association between IL-4, IL-13 and EBV EA-IgM, EA-IgA,VCA-IgM, VCA-IgA and VCA-IgG in patients with Allergic Asthma (P〉0.05). Conclusions : The occurrence and development of Allergic Asthma was probably concerned with the increased expression oflL-4 and IL-13 in serum. The EBV active infection was exist in Allergic Asthma patients.The EBV infection may not be influencing factor what result in the increased expression oflL-4 and IL-13 in serum in Allergic Asthma patients.
