摘 要:以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板,正硅酸乙酯为硅源,在碱性条件下通过水热法先合成MCM-41分子筛.利用介孔分子筛的吸附性能对微量汞进行富集盐酸解脱,考察了富集条件对富集效果的影响.结果表明,温度、pH值对介孔分子筛的富集效果影响最为明显,在温度为25℃、pH值为4.5时,富集效率可达90%以上.在吐温-80增溶条件下,汞与罗丹明B、溴化物发生显色反应形成络合物,建立了测定络合物的分光光度法.络合物的最大吸收峰为530 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.42×105L/mol/cm.在50 mL溶液中,汞(Ⅱ)浓度在2.000×10-4~1.800×10-1mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,线性回归方程Y=2.736 9X-0.000 1,相关系数R=0.9996.该方法灵敏度高,选择性好.The ordered mesoporous material MCM-41 was synthesized by a hydrothermal method using ethyl- orthosilicate and cetyl trimethl ammonium bromide. Using adsorption performance of the mesoporous material to extricate mercury through hydrochloric acid concentration, the influences of concentration conditions on concen- tration effects are inspected. The result shows that the influence of temperature and the pH value on concentra- tion effect of the mesoporous material is the most obvious. When the temperature is 25 ℃, the pH value is 4.5, concentration efficiency can reach above 90%. Under the condition of Twain-80 increasing solubility, the mercu- ry and rhodamine B, the bromide has the color reaction to form the complex compound, establishes spectrophoto- metric method which can determinate complex compound. The complex compound biggest absorption peak is loca- ted 530 nm, apparent mole of extinction coefficient for 5.42 × 105 L ~ mol- 1 . cm-1. In 50 mL solution, the den- sity of Hg( Ⅱ ) conforms to the Bill law in 2. 000 × 10-4 - 1. 800 × 10-1 mg · L-1scope, the equation of motion is Y = 2. 736 9X - 0. 0001, correlation coefficient R = 0. 9996. The sensitivity of this method is high and the se- lectivity is good too.
