摘　　要：目的:调查和分析国产西洋参产区分布、流通渠道、商品规格、质量标准等发展历程,为研究制订符合生产经营实际的西洋参商品规格等级标准化提供依据。方法:查阅相关文献,吸收和总结前人研究成果,咨询行业内专家,实地调查了国产西洋参主产区种植地,参观加工厂,考察了多家参茸行和交易市场,并走访了温州苍南"华东国际农贸商城"和北京多家西洋参销售点,多方位了解国产西洋参产区分布、流通渠道、商品规格、质量标准等发展历程。结果与结论:明确了国产西洋参产区分布、流通渠道、商品规格和质量标准现状,为进一步完善并制订出符合现代生产流通实际与发展趋势的西洋参商品规格质量标准奠定了基础,同时为指导西洋参的生产质量控制和规范西洋参商品的规范化经营提供了依据。Objective： In order to establish the commercial specification standard for American ginseng cultivated in China, we investigated its production area, circulation channel, commercial specification and quality standard. Methods： Multiple ways including reviewing the literature, consulting with industry experts, surveying the main production area, visiting process factories , and so on, were used to understand the development process of production area, circulation channel, commercial specification and quality standard of American ginseng cultivated in China, Results and Conclusion： It is helpful to establish the commercial specification standard which fitted modern condition and guide standardization on the quality control and operation, after comprehending the current situations of production area, circulation channel, commercial specification and quality standard of American ginseng cultivated in China.
