芪天滴丸对大鼠实验性血栓形成和血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察芪天滴丸对大鼠实验性血栓形成及血液流变学的影响。方法大鼠口服灌胃给药芪天滴丸60、120、240mg.kg-1,每日1次,持续5 d,末次给药后1 h观察芪天滴丸对大鼠实验性血栓形成时间、血小板聚集率及高黏血症大鼠全血黏度及血沉和红细胞压积的影响。结果芪天滴丸低、中、高剂量组能剂量依赖性延长动脉血栓形成时间,抑制血小板聚集,抑制高黏血症大鼠全血黏度及血沉的升高。结论芪天滴丸具有明显抗血栓形成和改善血液流变学作用。Objective To investigate the effects of the Qitian dripping pills on blood rheology, platelet aggregation and thrombosis in rats. Method rats were intragastric administration with the Qitian dripping pills in a dose 60,120,240 mg＇kg-l respectively after 5 days. After 1 h of last administration, the effects of the Qitian dripping pills on thrombosis induced by electric stimulation and platelet aggregation rate induced by adenosine diphosphate （ADP） and arachidonic acid （AA） collagen （CG） were studied. Meanwhile,the effects of the Qitian dripping pills on blood rheology in the mt model of hypeiviseosity blood symptom were observed. Results The Qitian dripping pills signifi- cantly prolonged the time of thrombosis （P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ） and lowered platelet aggregation rate （P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ） in a dose-dependent fashion. Beside these,the Qitian dripping pills reduced the blood viscosity ,blood sedimentation （P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ）. Conclusion The Qi- tian dripping pills have the effects of improving blood theology and inhibiting platelet aggregation and thrombosis.
