双Endobutton带袢钢板治疗Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位  

Preliminary Effect of Double Endobutton for the Treatment of Rockwood Type Ⅲ Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation

摘　　要：目的探讨双Endobutton钢板治疗新鲜Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法选取2010年7月至2012年3月期间采用双Endobutton钢板治疗的新鲜Rockwood分型Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位病例9例，应用Constant—Murley评分系统评估术后肩关节功能，并拍摄x线片。结果术后随访5-14个月，术后Constant—Murley评分为（92．6±3．8）分，x线显示无脱位。结论双Endobutton钢板治疗新鲜Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位近期疗效满意，创伤小，功能恢复快，但远期疗效有待长期随访。Objective To investigate the preliminary effects of double Endobutton for the teatment of acute acmmioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods From July 2010 to August 2011,9 patients with Rockwood type m acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation were immobi- lized with double Endobutton.X-ray and Constant-Murley scores were used to provide a final evaluation of shoulder function. Results All the patients were followed up for a range of 5-14 months（average 9 months）. The Constant-Murley score was （92.6±3.8）points.There was no patient with acromioclavicular joint redislocation during this period according to X-ray. Conclusion Double Endobutton for the teatment of Rockwood type m acromioclavicular joint dislocation is an effective approach in a short term. It is micro-injury, and can provide early funci- tional recovery.But its long-term effects still need further follow-up.
