摘　　要：变应性鼻炎是全球健康性疾病,发病率逐年上升。目前主要是药物治疗,旨在缓解临床症状。而特异性变应原免疫治疗是近年来兴起针对变应性疾病的病因治疗,可阻断变应性疾病的自然病程,起到治疗和预防作用。本文主要介绍特异性变应原免疫治疗现状及进展。Allergic rhinitis is a global healthy disease, and the incidence rate is increasing every year. Currently, drug treatment relieving patients＇ symptoms is mainly therapeutic style. Specific allergen immunotherapy on the rise is considered to be a new treatment in recent years. This therapy interferes with the cause of allergic dis- eases playing treatment and prevention by blocking the natural course. In this paper, we reviewed the status and progress of allergen immunotherapy.
