骨瓜提取物致药物不良反应20例分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对我院20例静脉滴注骨瓜提取物所致的不良反应报告进行分析,探讨其不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)发生的规律和临床表现,提示临床注意监测其不良反应,避免严重后果。方法:对20例静脉滴注骨瓜提取物的不良反应报告进行归类及分析。结果:骨瓜提取物所致不良反应多在用药30 min内发生,主要的不良反应是过敏反应和皮肤损害。临床表现主要为胸闷、头晕、头痛、心慌、心悸、呼吸困难、呼吸急促、血压降低、皮疹、瘙痒、皮肤潮红等,此外还可引起过敏性休克等较少见的、严重的不良反应。结论:临床上合理使用骨瓜提取物能减少其不良反应的发生。Objective： To analyze adverse drug reactions （ADR） induced by Guguatiquwu in 20 patients reported by our hospital, so as to warn the physicists to monitor and prevent this ADR. Methods： ADRs induced by Guguatiquwu in 20 patients were classified, described and analyzed. Results： The ADRs occurred within 30 min after Guguatiquwu injection. The majority of the ADRs were allergic reactions and skin lesions. Clinical mani- festations were various, mainly including chest tightness, dizziness, headache, palpitation, difficult breathing, shortness of breath, decreased blood pressure, rash, itching, skin flushing and so on. It also induced serious ADRs, such as allergic shock. Conclusion： Rational use of Guguatiquwu can reduce its ADRs.
