摘  要:本试验旨在研究不同水平甘氨酸螯合铁(Fe-Gly)对鹌鹑组织器官及蛋中铁沉积量的影响。选用150只已开产朝鲜鹌鹑,随机分成5组,每组设3个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理1~5组分别在基础日粮的基础上添加不同水平的Fe-Gly,以亚铁离子计含量分别为0、20、80、140、200 mg/kg。预试期15 d,正式期15 d。试验结果表明,随着饲料中Fe-Gly添加量的增加,鹌鹑各种组织和蛋中铁含量也逐渐增加,铁在不同组织中的含量差异较大,含量最高的组织是肝脏和肠道,其次是心脏,肌肉组织中含量最低;蛋黄中铁含量显著高于蛋清。由此可见,在饲料中添加Fe-Gly可以明显提高鹌鹑各组织器官和蛋中铁含量。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of ferrous glycinate in dietary on the deposition of iron in muscle tissues,internal organs and eggs of the quails.Four diets with different ferrous glycinate levels of 20,80,140 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg were used in this experiment.A total of 150 Korean quails were divided into five groups (one control and four treatments) randomly with three replicates of ten each.The results showed that:the deposition amount of iron in muscle tissues,internal organs and eggs was raised with the increasing of ferrous glycinate in diet.The liver and small intestine had high level of iron,the heart had middle level of iron and muscle had low level of iron.The iron level of yolk was significant higher than that of albumen.The results indicated that the ferrous glycinate in quail diet had significant effect on the deposition of iron in tissues and eggs.
