摘　　要：目的:探讨可吸收线用于会阴侧切口缝合的应用效果。方法:在2011-01～2012-06经阴道分娩550例,其中465例会阴侧切口采用可吸收线连续缝合。结果:切口愈合好,住院时间缩短,提高床位周转率,节省了医疗费用,疼痛减轻,受到产妇的欢迎。结论:可吸收线连续缝合会阴侧切口,皮肤采用皮内缝合无需拆线,不留针眼、外表更为美观,值得临床推广应用。Objective： Study of absorption Iines can be used for application effect of lateral episiotomy incision suture. Methods：In our hospital from 2011 2012 to June L Vaginal delivery in 550 cases, Of which 465 perineal incision using continuous suture absorbable suture. Results： Incision healing, shorten the days of hospitalization, Increase bed turnover rate, save the medical expenses, Pain relief, by maternal welcome. Conclusions：Absorption line continuous suture of lateral episiotomy, The skin by intradermic suture without stitches, Do not leave the eye of a needle, appearance is more beautiful, It is worthy of clinical application.
