蔗糖铁联合宁红欣治疗维持性血液透析患者肾性贫血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察蔗糖铁联合宁红欣治疗肾性贫血的临床疗效。方法:50例慢性肾功能衰竭肾性贫血患者,随机分为治疗组25例和对照组25例,治疗组给予蔗糖铁100 mg每周2次静滴、宁红欣3000单位每周3次皮下注射;对照组给予速力菲每次200 mg,每天3次口服、宁红欣3 000 iu每周3次皮下注射。结果:治疗组HGB、HCT、SF、TS显著上升与对照组比较统计学有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);对照组SF、TS无明显升高,与治疗组比较统计学有显著差异(P<0.01),对照组HGB、HCT有升高与治疗组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:蔗糖铁联合宁红欣治疗肾性贫血,安全有效,治疗费用低。Objective： To observe the iron sucrose United Ning Hongxin clinical efficacy for the treatment of renal anemia. Conclusions ： Iron sucrose United Ning Hongxin renal anemia, safe and effective, and low cost of treatment.
