摘  要:麦红吸浆虫是重要的麦田虫害,探索准确、可靠的鉴定方法对于筛选抗吸浆虫材料具有重要意义。本研究利用虫圃条件,采用穴播、条播2种种植方式和在乳熟期、成熟收获期调查虫害等方法,在比较不同评价方法的同时,对一些小麦品种及高代品系进行了抗虫鉴定。结果表明:以反应乳熟期小麦每百粒籽粒虫子数目H值和单粒种子的L值法鉴定结果较为一致,其中H值的准确度较好,而成熟期取样调查品种(系)的抗虫性反应结果较差。穴播和条播2种种植方式对小麦的鉴定结果影响不显著。采用乳熟期的H值法从75份小麦品种和高代材料中鉴定出21份高抗吸浆虫的材料。Midge (Sitodiplosis mosellana Gehin) is economically imporant pest in wheat pro- duction. It is crucial to find precise and reliable screening methods for wheat accessions with midge resistance. Using an artificially-cultured insect nursery, with bunch-and row planting two planting modes, midge resistance effects for sampling at milky and postharvest stage were compared. The results showed that resistance responses of wheat accessions screened with H- and L-values at milky stage were comparable, while resistance responses with G-and D-values were poorly comparable. Resistance responses with different planting modes were not signifi- cant. Twenty-one of 75 wheat accessions were screened as'hyper-resistance to midge resitance with H value at milky stage.
