摘 要:为了提高40%乙草胺.莠去津悬浮乳剂制剂稳定性,并为实际生产提供依据,本试验以平均粒径和ze-ta电位为判断依据对40%乙草胺.莠去津悬浮乳剂的润湿分散剂进行了筛选,研究了分散剂种类和用量、研磨时间对制剂稳定性的影响,并对制剂的低温、热贮稳定性进行了测定。结果表明:分散剂EH∶分散剂萘磺酸甲醛缩合物=1∶4,复配分散剂总用量为1.5%,研磨时间为1.5h时可以制得平均粒径在1~2μm,悬浮率在90%以上,流动性、稳定性良好的悬浮乳剂。In order to improve the stability of 40% acetochlor-atrazine suspension emulsion and provide a basis for practical production, the wetting dispersant of 40% acetochlor-atrazine sus- pension emulsion was selected on the basis of average diameter and zeta potential. The effect of the variety and amount of dispersant, milling time on the stability of formulation and the stabil- ity at low and high temperature of the formulation were determined. According to the results, optimum combinations were as follows: dispersant EH : dispersant NNO= 1 : 4 and mass frac- tion of the mixture was 1.5 %, milling time 1.5 hours. Under these conditions, the average diame- ter of the product was 1--2μm, suspensibility was over 90%, with good flowability and stability.
