摘 要:行车速度和行车安全有非常密切的关系。智能车速自适应(Intelligent Speed Adaptation ISA)技术是一种灵活的行车安全管理方式,本文介绍了ISA的概念和它在速度安全管理上的效果。根据事故率与车速标准差的约束关系分析了ISA在实际城市交通网络中的效果。通过构造不同比例的智能车速自适应车辆,提取实时车速仿真数据对行车安全进行评估。仿真实验表明,随着ISA车辆比例的增加,车流运行的平均车速、车速离散度均呈现下降趋势。由事故率和车速离散程度的约束关系可知,车辆采用ISA主动安全技术,对于提高行车安全性很有帮助。Vehicles speed is closely related to with driving safety. Intelligent Speed Adaptation (ISA) provides a flexible solution to vehicles speed management. This paper introduces the concept of ISA and the expected effects on traffic speed. The effect of ISA in the the actual ur- ban transport network was analyzed on the basis of the constraint relation between accident rate and the standard deviation. Different percentage of ISA vehicles and their speed distribution were constructed to simulate the traffic flow. Velocities of vehicles in different percentage of ISA were recorded to evaluate traffic rates. According to the simulation result, mean speed and standard deviation of speed decreased as percentage of ISA vehicles increased. Since accident rate is determined mostly by deviation of speed and mean speed, if vehicles adopt active tech- nology ISA, traffic safety will be improved.
