摘 要:考虑B柱加强板的结构特殊性和可成形性,本文设计了其拉延成形工艺补充。对比分析了封闭式、半开放式和开放式3种拉延筋布置方式对B柱加强板角部和中部不同塑性变形区成形过程的影响,结果表明,半开放式拉延筋布置方式更能获得较好的成形质量。利用正交试验对B柱加强板开裂影响较大的4条半开放式拉延筋阻力值进行优化,以拉延成形后的最大变薄率最小为优化目标,获得了B柱加强板成形时的较优拉延筋阻力系数组合。本文的研究方案能较好地抑制B柱加强板塑性成形缺陷,获得合格的实际零件。Addendum of drawing process was designed through analyzing the structural feature and formability of B-pil lar reinforced plate. The research shows that half-open draw bead can achieve better forming quality by comparing three layouts of the close draw bead, half-open draw bead and open draw bead in the corner and middle part of Prpillar reinforced plate. The magnitude of the resistance of the four draw beads was optimized via orthogonal test, which had greater impact on the forming of B-pillar reinforced plate, and taking minimum thinning as optimization objective, a better combination of four draw beads resistance coefficients was adopted. The forming defects of B-pillar reinforced plate were largely prevented with the optimized process obtained from this research and qualified product was obtained.
