摘  要:冷拉深小口径厚壁球形封头成形是解决高压容器球形封头制造的高效生产技术。本文通过实验对小口径厚壁球形封头的结构尺寸、工艺参数、模具结构、脱模与热处理等方面进行了分析研究,实验结果表明,坯料外径、坯料厚度、削边厚度、模具形式的选择及脱模热处理都会影响成品质量。通过对主要工艺参数的优化、合理的模具设计及后续处理,避免了成形过程中出现的减薄破裂及"停等"的不良影响,最终获得了合格产品。Cold drawing is highly effective for forming small-bore thick walled spherical head of high pressure container. The structural dimension, technical parameters, structure of die, as well as demoulding and heat treatment were analyzed. The experiment shows that outer diameter and thickness of blank, thickness of chamfered edge, die form, demoulding and heat treatment have effects on product quality. The detrimental effects such as thickness reduction, crack and "stop and wait" were avoided due to optimized main technical parameters, reasonable die design as well as post treatment. As a result, the qualified product was obtained.
