摘 要:通过在拉深模具结构中,采用氮气弹簧用作拉深模具的弹顶部件,来替代传统模具中的橡胶或金属弹簧压边零件,较好地解决了拉深成形中的拉裂或起皱缺陷。由于氮气弹簧具有恒定而平稳的弹力特性,使压边力始终保持在一个稳定的数值范围内,因此保证了被加工材料顺利地进入凹模型腔,生产出的磁轭零件不破裂、圆周表面光滑。此项技术的应用,极大地改善了材料的拉深性能,使价格低廉的热轧酸性钢板应用于拉深材料行列,从而降低了生产成本。In the drawing die structure, the nitrogen spring was used as the drawing die ejecting components. The traditional rubber or metal spring pressure boundary components were replaced. The problems of crack and wrinkle in drawing forming were solved well. Because the nitrogen spring had stable constant and elastic properties, the pressure pad force was always maintained at a stable numerical range. So the material can be processed smoothly into the cavity. The magnetic yoke parts were not broken and the circumferential surface was smooth. The drawing performance of materials was greatly improved. So the low price hot rolling acid steel plates using this technology were used in the drawing. The production cost was greatly reduced.
