摘  要:传统的零件冷弯成形设计方法存在效率低下、质量不高等问题,本文通过分析反求工程的含义、原理、特点及目前的研究动态,提出了基于反求工程技术设计的冷弯成形轧辊理论,以一种复杂截面冷弯型钢轧辊为例,对零件冷弯成形的变形过程进行了研究,并叙述了AutoCAD系统冷弯型钢的设计方法,设计考虑了成形过程中辊轮的布置以及轧辊尺寸的确定方法,提高了设计效率和质量。There exist lots of problems in traditional cold roll forming design methods, such as inefficient and poor quality. By analyzing the meaning, principles, characteristics and current research trends of reverse engineering, a theory of cold roll forming roll design based on reverse engineering technology was proposed, Taking a complex cross-section cold-formed steel roll for example, the part's deformation process of cold roll forming was researded, and the roll was designed with CAD. The determination methods of the rollers arranged in the molding process and the roll size were considered and the design efficiency and quality were improved.
