摘 要:目的:筛选、优化中药验方"益元抑瘤汤"最佳的提取工艺路线,为申报中药六类新药提供科学依据。方法:以黄芪甲苷、总皂苷、总糖的百分含量及干浸膏的百分含量多指标进行过程评价,综合考察料液比、煎煮时间和煎煮次数对提取工艺的影响。结果:获得了"益元抑瘤汤"重复性较好的最佳提取工艺,其操作参数为:称取复方药材加12倍水浸泡30min后,煎煮2次,每次2h。结论:该最佳提取工艺路线能够最大程度地保留中药复方"益元抑瘤汤"的有效物质,保证药品生产的质量,为其今后的规模化生产提供参考。OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Yiyuanyiliu decoction for providing the scientific basis of its application of the sixth type of traditional Chinese drug. METHODS The solid-liquid ratio,decoction time and the numbers of decoction were optimized using the yield of astragaloside IV, saponins, sugars and extract as indexes. RESULTS The optimum extraction process was as follows: all the rude materials needed in Yiyuanyiliu decoction were soaked in water for 30 minutes, the liquid solid ratio was 12,and then decocted twice for each 2 hours. CONCLUSION Maximum yields of effective substances were got by the optimum extraction process for improving and controlling the quality of drug in the production, and the process parameters could be regarded as an option in industrial production.
