摘  要:目的:通过对比微波消解法和高压消解罐消解法在明胶空心胶囊中铬含量测定的结果,考察高压消解罐消解法用于明胶空心胶囊中铬的含量测定的可行性。方法:分别采用高压消解罐和微波消解仪对明胶空心胶囊进行消解,石墨炉-原子吸收分光光度法对铬含量进行测定。结果:方法线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),两种方法对多批次不同厂家明胶空心胶囊消解,进行铬测定,所得测定结果一致。结论:高压消解罐可用于明胶空心胶囊中铬含量的测定,该法可靠、简便,可适用于基层检测机构以及明胶、明胶空心胶囊和胶囊剂生产中小企业。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the applicability of high pressure digestion method in the digestion of vacant capsules for the determination of the chromium contents by comparing the chromium contents in vacant capsules determined through microwave digestion method and high pressure digestion method. METHODS Sample digestion was conducted by the methods of microwave and high pressure. The chromium contents in vacant capsules were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy. RESULTS As in the microwave digestion method, the high pressure digestion method gave good linearity (r = 0. 999 9). The chromium contents determined by the two methods were consistent in each batch of capsules detected. CONCLUSION The high pressure digestion method is reliable and easily accessible for the determination of the chromium content in capsules. The method can he adopted by base course-testing organizations and small or medium enterprises which produce gelat- in, vacant gelatin capsules and capsules.
