摘　　要：既有住宅更新改造目前已成为西方国家城市住宅开发的主要形式。我国城市中既有住宅存量巨大,居住环境恶化和居住机能老化现象日趋严重。虽然我国在这方面采取了一些措施,但由于研究起步较晚范例少,给既有住宅再生的实施带来很大困难。为了探索既有住宅的多样化再生方法,本文选取了大连市白云新村靶场小区为实地调研对象,通过试设计,提出既有住宅改造的双层界面法,探索既有住宅再生的新模式,提升老旧住宅的使用价值。Existing housing renovation is the mainstream form in western countries to provide housing. The potential amount of the existing housing renovation projects in China is very huge. Their living environment and function are becoming worse and worse. Though China has taken some measures, the research on existing housing renovation is falling behind, making it difficult to renovate the existing housing. In order to explore the method of existing housing renovation, this paper carries on the investigation and study in the Residence of White Cloud in Dalian. By testing the method of double interface, it explores the new mode of existing housing renovation.
