摘 要:明确地表径流污染特征是初期雨水管理与污染控制的基础,合肥市目前尚无相关研究报道。对合肥市一典型城区进行了非渗透性铺面地表径流污染特征调查。调查结果表明,COD、SS污染较为突出,两者事件平均浓度(EMC)平均值远超过我国当前城市生活污水的平均水平;NH_3-N、TN的EMC平均值小于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A排放标准规定的限值,但生活区与商业区的地表径流中TN均出现较高的瞬时平均浓度,TN污染仍不可忽视;TP的EMC平均值高于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A排放标准规定的限值,在选择初期雨水处理措施时,应考虑磷的深度去除;采用b参数对调查区地表径流初期效应进行分析,多数情况下,地表径流中的各类污染物浓度存在不同程度的初期效应,但不够显著,提高非渗透铺面清洁度有利于强化初期效应;对地表径流-水质变化过程进行了分析,分析结果可为合肥市初期雨水弃除量的确定提供一定参考。Pollution characterization of surface runoff is very important for management and treatment of initial rainwater, but there is no report about that for Hefei up to now. A survey about pollution of surface runoff in an urban district of Hefei, Anhui Province was made and results indicated that organics and SS pollution were outstand with COD and SS being higher than that of average level of domestic wastewater greatly. NH3-N EMC and TN EMC of the surface runoff can meet “A” Level of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant( GB18918-2002 ), but TN pollution is still not negligible for instantaneous value occurred in settlement and shopping area. TP EMC was higher than the limit for “A” Level of GB18918-2002, so the removal of TP should be Considered when selecting initial rainwater treatment technology. First flush effect discussed by parameter b was observed but not obvious and survey results showed that first flush effect seemed to be strengthened by improving cleanliness of the surface. A series of surface runoff-water quality curves were analyzed and result could provide a reference to decide first flush discharge.
